I was overjoyed to illustrate the cover and section headers for Joan's first book, The 3 Companions—an incredibly special first commission.
Working with Joan and The Right Book Company was a fantastic experience. It was a privilege to be involved in such a valuable project—one that inspired and launched my professional illustration career.
Below is a snapshot of my process which always begins with analogue mediums before progressing to digital illustrations.
Wired Differently, Understood Together
Wired Differently, Understood Together is a project deeply close to my heart—one that allowed me to incorporate my lived experience with neurodivergence.
I was delighted that Joan returned to me a second time to provide a series of internal illustrations and assist with the cover design for her second book.
Now nearing completion of my Illustration MA, I was able to fully embrace my creative process—which, once again, began on paper, but this time included confident experimentation across a range of other mediums.
